True Wellness Support Services is licensed to provide Outpatient Behavioral Services for the state of Arizona. Our mission is to serve and strengthen families by building healthy communities and reducing disparities within Maricopa County. Our goals are to build capacity for mental health prevention, ensure early access to mental health services, and enhance wellness and resilience. We are a multi-disciplined facility consisting of LCSW, LADC, NP, and other providers. True Wellness specializes in a grand display of services to help those who struggle with abuse, addiction, and mental health disorders.
